Please allow up to 5 working days for your items to be dispatched, due to the handmade nature of our items we may not have your size already made up and will have to make up your garments before posting. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready and on it's way to you. Yayyyyy!
(On the lead up to dates such as Valentines/Christmas/Mothers Day, the time taken for you order to reach you may be a little longer!)
We hope that you will be understanding in this matter and we will strive to get your order to you as quick as we can. After all, we TOTALLY understand how exciting receiving presents in the post can be!

The standard cost for delivery throughout the UK will be £3.95.
This is a signed for service and will require a signature at your end to make sure that it finds you safely. Your order should reach you within 1-3 working days, but if you have any problems do let us know.
The cost for International orders will be £8.95.
This is a priority tracked and signed for service to ensure your order makes it's way to you in good time. And safely!
If you would like to return a garment to us for a refund or exchange you will need to notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order.
An exchange will only be given when the items returned are in perfect condition and adhere to the following:
1. The item has not been worn or soiled
2. The item has not been washed
3. All tags and labels are still intact
* Please note for hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange knickers
Once we have received the goods back to us in the state mentioned above we will then issue the refund within 3 working days. I am afraid we will not be able to refund the original postage cost, or the cost of you returning the item to us. Until we take delivery of the goods it remains your responsibility and we at Sasha Jane cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in transit. To prevent any loss we advise that you use a recorded method of delivery and keep hold of your proof of postage.
If you have had an item specifically tailored to your measurements, I’m afraid we will not be able to offer you a refund, if you have any queries regarding this please don’t hesitate to pop us an email at email@example.com and we shall see if we can resolve the problem.
If in the eventuality that a faulty item does make it's way to you, we will of course refund the cost of the item + postage once the item has been received back with us and inspected.
